Computer Support Tech * JOB LISTED IS FOR A POSITION AT OUR LITCHFIELD, MI FACILITY LOCATED JUST SOUTH OF JACKSON, MI. * Network Computer Tech – Reports directly to Asst. G.M., Job duties include the following: PC Level 2 Hardware Support, Level 2 Software Support, 1st responder to IT related issues and outages, Network Monitoring, PC Maintenance, Level 1 network administration, Level 1 support for IP and Cellular phone issues. Candidates should possess the following: -Strong history of hardware support – good understanding of mainstream software applications - Strong communicating skills- Strong attention to detail - Ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time - Work as part of a team & independently - Accurately finish assigned tasks and paperwork in a timely manner - Ability to learn and operate in a fast paced environment, We strongly desire experience with the following: Experience with Vista or Vantage Manufacturing System, Windows Networking, IP Phone system administration, network cabling specifically twist pair cat5e standards and termination.
